Founder's Associate

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

As Founder’s Associate your mission is to dive into whatever is most impactful to the business. You’ll be working hand in hand with the CEO, spanning all key aspects of the business including strategy, operations and product. Your work will balance strategic special projects and more tactical short-term goals. This opportunity is ideal for a highly motivated problem solver with strong people and analysis skills. Over time, you’ll understand where you want to go within the business and we’ll help you develop the skills to be promoted into that role.

SOME EXAMPLE ACTIVITIES:

  • Work hand in hand with the CEO to understand the top priorities of the business
  • Support with all fundraising activities
  • Support the CEO in managing his activities and meetings
  • Input, update, and verify data across our databases, ensuring high accuracy and consistency.
  • Input into high-level strategic discussions, but also jump into the day-to-day nitty-gritty
  • Wear many hats - touch upon product, customer success, operations, sales
  • Provide first-line technical support to the team, troubleshooting issues with software, tools, and equipment.
  • Partner with various departments, including Product, Customer Success, and Ops teams, to understand their operational needs and provide necessary data and tech support.
  • Help manage and maintain the company’s suite of tools and platforms, ensuring they are optimized for usage and kept up-to-date.
