Who are we looking for?

This role is crucial to ensuring the successful onboarding and long-term satisfaction of our clients, while supporting cross-functional teams to deliver top-tier customer experiences. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, working across all aspects of the customer journey and collaborating with internal teams to drive value and client success.

Key responsibilities:

Client Impact:

  • Own the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and effective transition to our platform.
  • Partner with existing clients to drive engagement, ensuring they achieve maximum value from our solution.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to uncover growth opportunities and support account expansion.
  • Take proactive ownership of client issues, providing solutions in a timely manner.
  • Developing tailored instructional materials and user guides to support client deployments for effective product utilisation.
  • Build strategic, long-lasting relationships with clients, becoming a trusted advisor.
  • Assist with pre-sale activities and pilot programs to showcase our solution’s value.
  • Facilitate hardware setup and assist clients in integrating our platform, where applicable.
  • Travel to client sites when necessary to help support trials, pilots, and build stronger partnerships
Internal Collaboration:
  • Work closely with content and safety teams to identify and prioritize client-specific content requirements.
  • Provide feedback to the Product team on customer needs and insights, helping shape the future direction of our platform.
  • Act as a product expert, empowering internal teams with the knowledge to maximise client value.
  • Assist in configuring client accounts, preparing reports, and supporting material setup for ongoing client engagement.
  • Facilitating change management requests between clients and internal teams, ensuring all requirements are clearly articulated and implemented within established timelines

Key experience and skills:

  • Proven experience leading or supporting onboarding, project delivery or client management for SaaS solutions
  • Experience managing a portfolio of clients and driving usage
  • A strong desire to help a startup grow, with an interest in scaling from seed to acquisition/IPO
  • Experience leading client meetings with key stakeholders, delivering value and driving outcomes.
  • Strong attention to detail and experience managing multiple client tasks simultaneously
  • A passion for continuous growth and development, especially in customer success and project delivery
  • Tech-savvy, with a willingness and ability to quickly learn new technologies
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills, with a talent for fostering strong connections with clients and stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving capabilities, with a proactive approach to resolving client challenges.
  • Willingness to travel to meet clients and support their success as needed
  • Experience in the learning and development or LMS space would be beneficial but not required
