Who are we looking for?
The Senior Software Engineer will play a crucial role in our team by maintaining and enhancing our Web Engineering products. This role involves working on Frontend Web applications with React, desktop applications with Electron, and backend systems with NodeJS. The candidate will also be responsible for integrating different third-party systems with Pixaera backend services.
You will be responsible for:
- Build and maintain web applications in React and Typescript.
- Build and maintain scalable and stable backend systems in NodeJS (NestJS) and Typescript.
- Build and maintain desktop based applications in Electron, React and Typescript.
- Build and maintain database schemas with TypeORM and PostgreSQL.
- Integrate third-party LMS systems via APIs.
- Maintain and improve dynamic SSO configurations in the backend.
- Build secure authentication protocols in both frontend and backend following security standards.
- Work with DevOps team and understand AWS infrastructure to bring features to production.
Who are you?
A successful candidate will have the following skillsets and experience:
- In-depth knowledge of React, NodeJS, Typescript, Electron, NestJS, TypeORM, PostgreSQL.
- Good sense for system design and architecture.
- Writes clean code and stable solutions covering all edge cases.
- Eye for frontend design and able to convert Figma designs into UI/UX React components.
- Driven to solve difficult problems and constantly innovates and recommends solutions.
- Experience in CI/CD pipeline development, particularly with GitHub Actions.
