Who are we looking for?
We are seeking an experienced Senior Delivery Manager who is adept at bridging the roles of Delivery Manager and Scrum Master. This role is pivotal in driving the adoption and optimization of Agile methodologies across our project teams, ensuring efficient and timely delivery of our game-focused learning solutions. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in Agile environments, with substantial expertise in facilitating team autonomy and continuous improvement in project delivery. Reporting directly to the Product Director, you will convert strategic priorities into actionable plans while cultivating a culture of high performance and collaboration.
You will be responsible for:
- Leading the end-to-end delivery of our web and game engineering projects, ensuring they meet timelines, scope, and quality expectations.
- Enhancing team performance and productivity by coaching and mentoring, with a strong emphasis on Agile principles.
- Streamlining collaboration among diverse teams, including remote groups, to maximize project innovation and execution.
- Serving as a vital link between product and technical teams, promoting clear communication and a unified approach to project goals.
- Facilitating workshops and strategy sessions to effectively plan and implement project deliverables.
- Acting as a servant leader, fostering an environment where Agile practices are embraced and refined to drive team empowerment and project success.
Who are you?
A successful candidate will have the following skillsets and experience:
- Over 8 years of experience in roles that blend Agile delivery and scrum mastery, with a proven track record in leading complex project lifecycles.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, capable of motivating teams to excel in a fast-paced setting.
- Deep understanding of Agile frameworks, such as Scrum and Kanban, with a certification in Scrum Master as an added advantage.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, adept at handling multiple projects simultaneously.
- Expertise in remote team management and fostering team independence and self-organization.
- Experience in facilitating team meetings, planning sessions, and Agile ceremonies to ensure seamless project progress.
