Who are we looking for?
As a Producer at Pixaera, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the development and production of our gaming projects from conception to release. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including game designers, developers, artists, and quality assurance to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a passion for e-learning, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of delivering successful game projects.
You will be responsible for:
- Project Management: Leading the planning, scheduling, and execution of game development projects, ensuring that milestones are met and resources are allocated efficiently.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with game designers, developers, artists, and other team members to define project goals, establish priorities, and drive the development process forward.
- Budgeting and Resource Management: Developing and managing project budgets, tracking expenditures, and optimizing resource allocation to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Risk Management: Identifying potential risks and challenges throughout the development process, and proactively implementing strategies to mitigate them.
- Quality Assurance: Overseeing the testing and quality assurance process to ensure that our simulations meet the highest standards of quality, functionality, and performance.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and any relevant issues or concerns.
- Market Research: Staying informed about the latest trends and developments in the e-learning industry, and leverage this knowledge to inform decision-making and strategic planning.
- Post-launch Support: Coordinating post-launch activities such as updates, patches, and DLC releases, and monitoring user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Who are you?

- A proactive problem-solver, always ready to assist and guide teams through challenges and priorities.
- Experience in agile project management methodologies, with the flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- A strategic thinker, with a keen understanding of how to translate company goals into actionable plans for various teams.
