Who are we looking for?


We’re looking for a PrincipalGame Developer who wants to use their experience to build a new, gamified world of learning.

You will be responsible for:

  • Document game systems, including usage patterns and limitations.

  • Integrate advanced graphics technologies to improve visuals and performance, optimizing for Unreal Engine 5's features.

  • Support the team in defining the strategy, technical vision, and direction, aligning with strategic goals, and exploring new technologies.

  • Develop modular, extensible game systems in Unreal Engine 5 using C++ and blueprints.

  • Foster collaboration across departments to ensure cohesive development efforts.

  • Port game systems to new platforms and enhance support for existing ones.

  • Design scalable, maintainable game architecture, choosing technology stacks and managing data strategies.

  • Support artists and technical artists with tested workflows and solutions.

  • Oversee quality assurance, implement testing frameworks, and lead performance optimization.

  • Analyze industry trends to drive innovation in game development processes and products.

Who are you?

A successful candidate will have the following skillsets and experience:

  • Over 8 years of professional development experience with Unreal Engine

  • At least one shipped title or product.

  • Excellent programming skills in C++

  • Working knowledge of Unreal multiplayer/replication systems, patterns and structures.

  • Familiar with source control (Perforce).
