Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for an experienced, commercially-driven Head of Marketing to lead digital marketing efforts. This role will be responsible for building our marketing strategy and executing on all the relevant initiatives with the goal of growing revenue.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and growth throughout the product lifecycle
  • Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including product management, sales, and design to align marketing initiatives with product goals and customer needs
  • Building a deep understanding of the personas and set Pixaera’s marketing strategy with the management team

  • Implementing the content strategy to engage with diverse audience segments with varying degrees of brand connection.

  • Establishing key success metrics and leveraging customer insights to track performance and guide strategic decision-making

  • Utilizing available software to automate marketing activities, including emails, social media, and website actions, to enhance efficiency and streamline repetitive tasks

  • Ensuring brand consistency throughout digital channels, encompassing templates, systems, website content, and service providers

  • Scrutinizing Pixaera's activity, sales discussions, and industry trends to sustain a prominent brand presence across digital channels, social media, and search engine results

  • Overseeing and deploying market insights tools, including GA4 and other marketing Business Intelligence (BI) tools, for the marketing team

  • Conducting campaign experiments on social channels to uphold strong brand visibility across digital channels and social media platforms

  • Formulating and executing strategies to promote the Pixaera brand and attract qualified traffic to the website

  • Establishing strategic relationships and uncovering collaboration opportunities to benefit Pixaera

Your contribution to Pixaera will be determined by a combination of:

  • Contribution to revenue targets

  • Enabling the sales cycle

  • Customer adoption

  • Brand awareness and brand love

  • Retention metrics

  • Customer relationships

Who are you?

A successful candidate will have the following skillsets and experience:

  • At least 4 years of experience in a SaaS B2B Marketing role

  • Enterprise SaaS experience

  • Experience with AARRR funnel

  • Strong user acquisition skills

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in SaaS marketing

  • Great written and verbal English skills

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Experience working with external stakeholders from large companies

  • A desire to help a startup scale from seed to acquisition/IPO

  • Bonus: Experience in selling to manufacturing, energy, or construction
