Who are we?

We’re Pixaera, a gaming start-up with a mission: to empower people through play, by building immersive technology that transforms world-wide access to learning. Think Roblox for professional learning and collaboration. Today, our products save lives by making people safer at work, both physically and psychologically, but we’re not satisfied- we’re going to change the way people learn in all industries and environments.

We’re backed by leading venture capital firm LocalGlobe (the backers of Wise, Monzo, and Improbable) and gaming veterans (like the founders of Faceit) to help us change the way the world learns- forever.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for an experienced, commercially-driven salesperson to become our first Enterprise Sales hire and build out our Sales function. This role will be exclusively responsible for building out our pipeline of new clients, growing the product within their organisations and influencing which markets we target in the future.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and bringing on board large Enterprise accounts in order to exceed our new business ARR targets

  • Developing strong relationships with key individuals in global companies

  • Understanding the customers' specific training needs and how Pixaera can help solve them

  • Making Pixaera Champions out of our new clients

  • Working with leadership and Product to identify new market opportunities

  • Working closely with Customer Success, Product and Game Development to accelerate sales cycles and client success

Your contribution to Pixaera will be determined by a combination of:

  • Customer satisfaction scores

  • $ ARR value

  • Number of engaged users

  • Retention metrics

Who are you?

A successful candidate will have the following skillsets and experience:

  • At least 4 years of experience in an Enterprise Sales role

  • A history of hitting strong retention and ARR targets

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Experience working with external stakeholders from large companies

  • A desire to help a startup scale from seed to acquisition/IPO

  • Bonus: Experience in oil and gas, renewable energy, or construction

Gamers are very welcome, but gaming experience is not necessary!
