We’re Pixaera, a gaming start-up with a mission: to empower people through play, by building immersive technology that transforms world-wide access to learning. Think Roblox for professional learning and collaboration. Today, our products save lives by making people safer at work, both physically and psychologically, but we’re not satisfied- we’re going to change the way people learn in all industries and environments.

Who are we looking for?

We’re looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to level up the delivery of value to our clients. Whilst the Enterprise Sales and Customer Success teams will handle the commercial relationship with the clients, you will support clients in all aspects of operational delivery- from setting up their trials, to helping them rollout VR headsets, to supporting in demos and training.

You will be responsible for:

  • Figuring out client's requirements and needs to drive adoption and success of VR in client's business

  • Building success plan for delivery and implementation of the client’s expectations

  • Dealing with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed

  • Leading the implementation of success plan with clients, in collaboration with both external and internal stakeholders

  • Building strong relationships with stakeholders of various levels, from manager level through to on-the-ground trainers in various locations

  • Building supplier relationships across VR industry and facilitate shipment of hardware to client locations as required

  • Working closely with the Customer Success team to capitalise on areas of opportunity for the client to fully utilise Pixaera

Who are you?

A successful candidate will have the following skillsets and experience:

  • At least 4 years’ of experience in consulting, or operational delivery in a high-growth tech startup

  • Clear, demonstrable experience of delivering value to very large clients, through implementation of projects

  • Excellent project management and communication skills

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

  • Incredible problem-solving ability- no problem our clients face will be too big or too small!

  • Travelling will be a key aspect of this role

  • A desire to help a startup scale from seed to acquisition/IPO

Gaming experience is not necessary, but gamers are more than welcome!
