Who are we looking for?

As a Business Development Representative at Pixaera, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's growth. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and cultivate new business opportunities. This involves conducting extensive market research, targeting potential customers globally, particularly in industries like oil and gas, energy, mining, construction, and manufacturing. Your role will be crucial in expanding Pixaera's presence in these sectors.

You will be responsible for:

  • Win over leads and mature them from cold leads to real opportunities.
  • Engage with prospects via cold calling, email cadences, and LinkedIn to generate interest and establish relationships.
  • Develop and execute innovative strategies to penetrate new markets and acquire clients.
  • Conduct detailed research to identify potential leads and customer needs in target industries.
  • Provide feedback and insights from client interactions to aid product development and marketing strategies.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote Pixaera's solutions.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies accordingly.

Who are you?

A successful candidate will have the following skillsets and experience:

  • Proven ability to think critically and make sound judgments in complex situations.
  • Experience in business development or sales
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Innovative and solution-oriented mindset
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a track record of taking initiative in previous roles.
