The Energy Council
The Energy Council was our inaugural advisory group, bringing together leaders from companies such as BP, Shell, ADNOC, Chevron, Fieldcore, and London Energy. Focused initially on oil and gas, it has expanded to include a broad range of energy providers tackling the industry’s most critical safety and operational challenges. From high-stakes drilling operations to safety processes on new energy sites, Council members influence scenario design and curriculum roadmaps that elevate frontline training for safer work environments.
The Construction Council
As our offerings expanded, we recognized the need for a dedicated Construction Council to tackle the unique risks and complexities of construction, EPC, and infrastructure environments. Today, this council is co-developing immersive training modules that address real challenges—ensuring crews are better equipped, more engaged, and fully confident on-site.
